Can I appoint my own Loss Adjuster / Claims Consultant?

Yes. Just as your Insurers will appoint their own Loss Adjuster to represent their interests, you have every right to instruct your own Loss Adjuster/Claims Consultant.

How much are your fees and will Insurer’s pay them?

The amount of the fee depends on the individual case and can be tailored to your specific needs. Everything is flexible and transparent. In most cases, we can represent you and handle your case without any fee chargeable to you.

In other instances, we prepare a small percentage fee based on the overall payout of your claim. The fee in virtually every case outweighs the additional settlement we obtain for our clients.

Some commercial policies will cover our fees as part of the policy however the majority will not.
